CALLS ANSWERED · LEADS TEXTED · MANAGED FOR YOU
Database reactivation · Done for you

Turn the leads you already paid for into booked appointments.

The ad money is spent. The leads are still in the drawer.

Old web leads who never booked. Estimates that went quiet. Customers who bought once and haven't heard from you since. We go back to that list with a short text campaign, answer every reply in seconds, and put the people who are ready now on your calendar. Booked appointments and revived deals from the contacts sitting in your CRM, your phone, or a spreadsheet, without buying a single new lead.

Fifteen minutes on your calendar. No deck. Paid on results.

§ 01What you get. Appointments, not a reply rate.

A reply isn't the result. A booked appointment that shows up is. Everything we set up points at that: the message, the reply handling, the handoff, the calendar.

01

Booked appointments

People who are ready now get real times on your calendar, with a reminder, while the conversation is still warm.

02

Revived deals

The quote that stalled, the trade-in that was "not yet," the client who never rebooked. Back in front of you with the full thread attached.

03

No new lead spend

You already paid to get these people. The campaign works the list you have. Nothing to buy, nothing scraped.

§ 02Who it suits.

Businesses that have spent on marketing for a while and have a few hundred or more contacts that went cold. If you can show how most of them got on the list, it's probably a fit.

FIT 01

Car dealers

Old internet leads, unsold showroom traffic, and service customers whose vehicles are now at trade-in age.

FIT 02

Contractors & home services

HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and remodeling estimates that never closed, plus past customers due for maintenance.

FIT 03

Med spas

Clients who came in once and never rebooked, and consult requests that stalled.

FIT 04

Real estate agents

Buyer and seller leads from past years whose plans may have changed since.

FIT 05

Mortgage brokers

Past applicants and closed clients, when rates or their situation give them a reason to talk.

FIT 06

Property managers

Past applicants, former tenants, and owner leads who asked about management and went quiet.

A poor fit: a list that's mostly purchased, contacts with no record of how they got there, or a shop where nobody can work the hot replies the same day. Waking up twenty interested people and leaving them waiting until next week is worse than not sending. We'll tell you on the call if that's you.

§ 03How a campaign runs. Clean, ask, answer, book.

The send is the easy part. Most of the work happens before it and in the first 48 hours after. You approve the message before anything goes out.

STEP 01CLEAN

We pull and clean your list

We export every contact with its source, its date, and the consent it came with. Then we dedupe, remove landlines and anyone who already opted out, check consent and how old each lead is, and run old numbers through the reassigned-numbers check. Contacts we can't send to get set aside, not texted.

We work · you hand over the list
STEP 02SORT

Segment by age and source

A lead from last month, a customer from two years ago, and a four-year-old estimate are three different conversations. Smaller segments also let us send in waves, so a message that misses costs one segment, not the whole list.

We work
STEP 03ASK

A real reason to reply

Short, plainly from you, about something real: a maintenance season, a rebooking opening, a trade-in check, a rate change worth a conversation. Your business named in the first line, and how to stop at the end. "Just checking in" gets ignored, so we don't write it.

We write · you approve
STEP 04ANSWER

AI handles the replies

Every reply gets an answer in seconds, in plain conversational language, from information you've approved. It asks one qualifying question at a time and offers real slots. It doesn't invent prices, promise outcomes, or argue with anyone.

Runs on its own · we watch it
STEP 05BOOK

Hot replies booked or handed to you

Ready-to-go replies get booked straight onto your calendar with a reminder. Anyone who wants a person (a big-ticket question, a complaint, someone ready to sign today) goes to you or your team with the whole thread attached, so nobody asks the customer to repeat themselves.

Calendar · or your team
STEP 06ALERT

Lead alerts to your phone

Every hot reply pings your phone: who it is, what they said, what they want. One tap to call, one tap to text. We watch the first waves with you and fix anything that reads wrong before the next one goes.

Your phone · in real time

§ 04Compliance built into the setup. Not left to you.

Texting your own leads and customers is a normal marketing program when it follows the rules on consent, timing, and opt-outs. Old lists are where those rules bite, so these checks are part of how we set the campaign up, before the first text.

BUILT IN · 01

Consent checks

We look at how and when each contact got on your list and what they agreed to. No consent record, no text. Bought or shared leads stay out of the send.

BUILT IN · 02

Quiet hours

Sends are scheduled by the contact's local time and kept inside the narrowest window that applies to your list, including the tighter state rules.

BUILT IN · 03

Opt-out handling

STOP, "wrong number," "quit texting me": any reply that means stop is treated as a stop, processed automatically, logged, and never texted again.

BUILT IN · 04

Carrier registration

Business texting from a regular number needs 10DLC registration with the carriers. We register your brand and campaign as part of the setup, so your texts don't get filtered.

For the long version, here's what database reactivation is and how the TCPA rules work.

We set these campaigns up for a living. We're not lawyers, and none of this is legal advice. If your list has a complicated history, have counsel look at your consent records before the send.

§ 05What you hand us.

Five things, most of them a login or an export. You don't write a message or build a list.

YOU · 01

The list

A CRM export, the contacts in your phone system, or a spreadsheet. Messy is fine. Cleaning it is our job.

YOU · 02

Where the contacts came from

Your web forms, walk-ins, past sales, and whatever consent language people agreed to. This decides what we can send.

YOU · 03

Your calendar

Access to the calendar or booking tool you already use, so ready replies land as real appointments.

YOU · 04

Who takes the hot ones

The person (or people) who get the handoffs and the phone alerts, and the hours they can respond.

YOU · 05

A real reason to reply

What's true right now: a season, an opening, an offer, a new service. We turn it into the message. You sign off on it.

§ 06Honest expectations.

WHAT MOVES THE RESULT

Your list decides it. Not a headline number.

We won't quote you a response rate, because results depend on things only your list can tell us: how old it is, how big it is, how people got on it, and whether the reason to reply is real. Five-year-old leads mostly don't remember you, and many of their numbers belong to someone else now. Expect the first waves to bring some bookings, a lot of "not right now," some opt-outs, and a few wrong numbers. That mix is normal. We track what pays the bills (appointments booked, appointments kept, deals closed) and pause to fix the message if opt-outs run high.

§ 07After the campaign. The leads keep getting answered.

A reactivation campaign wakes up the old list, and it's paid on results. The managed setup keeps new leads from going cold in the first place. Same hosted CRM, same AI, set up and run by us at one flat monthly price, so you can keep it running when the campaign ends. The full walkthrough is on the Sprint page.

NEXT · 01

Speed to lead

Every form fill, ad lead, and missed call gets a text back right away, while the customer is still shopping. More on why speed to lead wins.

NEXT · 02

Voice AI receptionist

Answers your line, qualifies the call, books it, and hands off to a person when it needs one. Nights and weekends included.

NEXT · 03

AI social replies

Facebook and Instagram comments and DMs get answered and routed instead of sitting unread until Monday.

Your contacts, conversation history, and phone number stay yours to export or port out if you leave. Most shops start managed and grow into a rig, and when you're there, a custom build is the step up.

§ 08Questions owners ask first.

Eight things · before the first text
Q. 01

Is it legal to text my old leads?

Yes, when the campaign follows the rules. The TCPA doesn't ban texting your own leads and customers. It sets rules on consent, quiet hours, and opt-outs, and some states add their own. We check consent before anyone gets a text, schedule sends inside the allowed hours, and process opt-outs automatically. Contacts without a consent record stay out of the send. This isn't legal advice.

Q. 02

How old is too old for a lead?

There's no hard cutoff, but age cuts both ways. Older leads are less likely to remember you and more likely to have a number that now belongs to someone else. We check old numbers against the reassigned-numbers database, segment by age, and send the freshest segments first. Very old contacts with no consent record get left alone.

Q. 03

Will it annoy my customers or cause unsubscribes?

Some people will opt out. That's normal, and it's the system working. We keep the message short, from your business by name, about something real, and we send in waves so a message that misses costs one segment, not the whole list. If opt-outs run high, we pause and fix the message before the next wave.

Q. 04

Do I need a CRM?

No. A spreadsheet or an export from your phone system works. We bring the contacts into a hosted CRM with the AI built in as part of the setup. If you already run a CRM or field software, we connect to it instead.

Q. 05

How fast do results come?

Replies start coming in once the first wave goes out, and the first 48 hours after each wave are the busiest. Before that, the list cleaning, message approval, and carrier registration have to be done. Carrier registration can take a while, so we start it on day one and tell you the timeline up front.

Q. 06

What does it cost?

Nothing up front. Reactivation runs on results: you pay per result from the list, a sale or a booked appointment depending on your business, and we agree what counts on a 15-minute call before the first text goes out. If the list doesn't produce, you don't pay. If you want new leads answered too once the campaign ends, the managed setup is one flat monthly price, in the same range as the DIY AI receptionist plans.

Q. 07

Do you use my number or a new one?

Usually your existing business number, because that's the one your customers recognize. We can text-enable it or port it in, and register it with the carriers. If keeping it isn't practical, we set up a new local number. Either way, the number stays yours to port out if you leave.

Q. 08

What if someone replies angry?

The AI doesn't argue. A stop request is processed and that number never gets another marketing text. A complaint or anything heated goes to you with the full thread, flagged, so a person handles it. A wrong number gets removed and logged.
