We build the system that fits your shop.
The sprint solves lead capture. Most operators stop there. If something else is eating your week (sourcing, follow-ups, reporting, an internal tool nobody wants to build) we scope a custom AI chatbot or agent for your small business. Every flow is different. Off-the-shelf forces you into someone else's template. We don't.
§ 01How a custom engagement works.
SCOPE
60-minute call. We watch the workflow you want to fix, end to end. Same as the sprint kickoff, concrete, no deck.
PROPOSAL
Fixed-fee proposal in your inbox within 5 days. What we'll build, what it costs, when it ships. Sign or don't.
BUILD
Two to six weeks depending on scope. Weekly demos, every Friday. You see the rig as it gets built, not at the end.
HANDOFF
You own the source, the prompts, the docs. We optionally stay on a small monthly to tune as your business changes.
§ 02What custom looks like.
4 starting points · not a menuEvery shop is different. These are starting points, not a menu. The first call is where we figure out which one of these, or which combination, actually fits your week.
Inventory sourcing agent
Watches auctions, distributors, supplier feeds. Surfaces matches against your buy criteria, flags margin, drafts the bid. The operator hits send. Used most by dealers and parts shops who source on volume.
Customer follow-up automation
Pings every customer at the right interval. 30-day service check, post-job review ask, the quote that went cold. Original copy keyed to what you actually did for them, not a template.
Internal reporting
Weekly summary across whatever tools you actually use: inquiries, jobs, AR, no-shows. In your inbox by 7am Monday, with the three things you should look at first highlighted.
The thing that's eating your time
Bring the bottleneck. If we can build a system that pays for itself in six months, we'll quote it. If we can't, we'll tell you and point you at whatever does.
§ 03Honest pricing.
Scoped to the work. Quoted before we start.
We send a fixed-fee proposal before we start. No hourly. No "we'll see how it goes." If we estimate wrong, we eat it. If you change scope, we requote. The number on the proposal is the number on the invoice.
FIXED-FEE PROPOSAL
§ 04One builder. Same one writing the code.
I don't sell dashboards. I build the system, then I hand you the keys.
That's the whole pitch. The same person on the call is the one in the code. No project manager, no junior associate, no offshore handoff. If that's not how you want to buy this, that's a fair tell, we're probably not the shop.
Three things we say no to, every week.
Hourly billing. Fixed-fee or nothing.
Mandatory retainers. The managed plan is optional, never required, and only if you actually want ongoing work.
Reselling SaaS. If an off-the-shelf tool already does the job we'll point you at it.
