These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of pulpaistudio.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Pulp AI Studio ("Pulp AI Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are

Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, access it through automated means in a way that burdens our infrastructure, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Services and engagements
Project work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work that defines scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables. Pricing described on the Site (for example, the two-week sprint at a fixed fee) is an indication of our typical offer, not a binding quote until confirmed in writing for your specific engagement. Nothing on the Site constitutes a contract for services on its own.
Intellectual property
The Site, its content, design, and branding are owned by Pulp AI Studio and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without permission. Ownership of work product delivered in a paid engagement is addressed in the applicable project agreement; absent that, no rights in deliverables transfer.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as scheduling via Cal.com). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulp AI Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the applicable project agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulp AI Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County (Las Vegas), Nevada.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
